The Challenge
When National Care Group and Regent College approached us, both organisations were operating with outdated websites that no longer aligned with their reputation or evolving digital needs. Visually, the designs felt tired and lacked the clarity, accessibility and modern appeal expected from leaders in the care and education sectors. More critically, their sites were not optimised for mobile devices, resulting in poor user experiences and accessibility issues for the very audiences they aimed to support, including families, local authorities and potential service users.
Beyond aesthetics and usability, both sites were in urgent need of fresh, well-structured content to better represent their services and values. We were tasked with uploading and organising large volumes of new information, images and resources, while ensuring everything was accessible, engaging and aligned with each brand’s tone and mission. The goal was to transform both websites into powerful, informative platforms that would reflect their high standards of care, learning and support.
